Installation and updates

Install and update MemoDeck from the App Store. If something does not behave as expected after an update, restart the app and check that your device is running a recent iOS or iPadOS version.

Language selection

MemoDeck is localized in English, French, and Spanish. If the displayed language is not what you expect, check your device language settings and any language option available in the app version you are using.

Choosing or changing a stack

MemoDeck supports Mnemonica, Aronson, Rapsodia, and CHaSeD. You can choose your stack during setup and change it later from Settings inside the app.

Resetting progress

If you want to restart training with another stack, open the app settings and use the available stack or progress options. Review the choice carefully before resetting any training progress.

Online scores

Online score sharing may require an internet connection and may send score-related information such as a nickname, score, game mode, date, or similar result details.

Display or layout issue

If a screen appears cropped or unusual, rotate the device if relevant, restart the app, and check for an App Store update. If the issue remains, contact support with your device model and iOS or iPadOS version.
